Who am I & why am I doing this?

I am simply someone who enjoys taking on challenges and working with artists. I am also addicted to Social Media and collaborations because I think people make everything better. When more people work on a project, the end result is always better for it.

We’re all different people and we have different talents, so when we overcome the challenge of working together, magic happens. One talent complements another, someone has an idea, which sparks a discussion, and before you know it, BAM! Creation.

But we do have one thing in common: our passion for the Arts. I’m doing this for the same reason you are: because I love art. And because art doesn’t have to be a solitary experience. Not anymore.

What does Grim5next stand for?

Grim5Next is my awkward way of blending the project’s elements into one title. These are:

1. Grim Future, a.k.a. some hard-core grim scenarios where society and life in general have gone very, very wrong, and where we catch a glimpse of twelve worlds headed to very dark places.

2. Last 5 Minutes, a.k.a. where we end the worlds introduced in Grim Future! *evil laugh*

3. What Next, a.k.a. what happens after the world has ended. Maybe everybody dies and the spirit is finally free from the physical body or perhaps somebody survives and they get to re-build!

Will the Anthology be published?

It will be self-published, yes. We haven’t hashed out all the details but we will very soon. 

How can YOU contribute?

There are LOTS of ways you can contribute. And you’ll be credited 100%, as it should be. You can take a look at the WANTED! page and if you think you’ve got the skills we need, give me a shout. The page will be regularly updated and I’ll be posting the updates on the blog as well.

What do YOU get out of it?

You get 35% of any profits. And you get to feel good because another 35% goes to charity.

Other perks are publicity, connections, inspiration… you name it. The way I see it, collaborations are the best thing you can invest in because they say you're open to challenges and enjoy working with others. In addition, you’ll be adding your name next to some great artists, which means you’re probably a darn good artist as well! Grim5next is all about working together and having fun.
